Most orders ship out of our warehouse within a few days. UPS cannot deliver to an APO or P.O. box, they can only deliver to a physical address. Delivery time will depend on where you live in the United States, but most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
We can ship to Alaska and Hawaii, however the actual shipping costs apply. We can get a better rate by shipping Parcel Post from the USPS office. A $10.00 handling fee will be applied to the orders we ship from the USPS office.

Returns & Replacements
If an item arrives damaged, please call us immediately at (801) 748-0808 for instructions on how to proceed. If within 30 days you decide you no longer want the products you ordered, you can ship, at your cost, the unopened items back to us for a full refund. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please contact customer service at the number listed above so we can work out an equitable solution. Due to variations in storage conditions we cannot accept returns after 1 year from date of purchase.
